Greetings,
I'm Tater Water and I'm three months
NEW! And as the NEWEST Zeppa Lab
Assistant, it's my job to wish you a Happy
NEW Year! There is a whole lot of
other NEW stuff to talk about but it isn't
half as much fun as I am, so
I'm turning that job back over to the
experienced Assistants, Snake and Hawk.
There is a lot of important stuff here to
digest, but if you think of me from time to
time, it will all go down

 Price changes and other
details, too.
This is all pretty important info...we have
dropped some items, changed some prices and
reintroduced some items. All the changes
go into effect immediately, unless you are an
existing customer...then you have a grace period
to order and receive last years pricing.
In the face of rising production costs, we
have made all ceramic prices the same price
as our Oval Platters. (Except the Whiners, their
prices only went up a
little.) All these pieces cost the same to
make in time and materials. Only the price
of the Pleasure Tub Canisters actually
increases.
Pitchers, Casseroles, Sophie boxes and Hat
boxes have been officially discontinued.
Chargers have
been reintroduced. Should you wish to
continue to offer any of our discontinued items,
the prices will also be the same as the Oval
Platters and production times will be somewhat
slower. |

 Prices Remain at 2009
Levels
Prices for our printed Fur Children® items
remain the same as last year as long as the
minimum quantities (10-12 pieces per item-mixed
designs) are met. Existing customers have
a grace period before they have to make the
minimum orders.
Hats, ornaments, the original mouse pad
style and any other items that aren't in the
2010 catalog have been discontinued as wholesale
offerings. You are welcome to inquire
about the minimums required to put any
discontinued item back into production for
you.
We have lots of new customizing options
available (like photo cards) and are
currently deciding on a new item to bring out in
the spring with our new designs. If you
have a breed or variation you'd like to see, let
us
know! |

Due to the rising costs of processing
orders, all orders under $200.00 will be charged
a $2.50 handling fee plus actual UPS
charges. If you order a single pack of
cards, you will be billed $5.75 (under 12
price) plus $2.50 plus the actual UPS charges
(anywhere from $4 to $9 depending on delivery
address). This applies to shipments to
your store, to your customer or to another
location.
While you may mix Fur Children® and Hand
Painted items on your order to meet minimums
etc., we may ship them separately
unless instructed otherwise. (No
handling charges if the original order is over
$200.00.) Also, "add-ons" will be
treated as separate orders and handling
charges will apply. We'll make every
effort to combine orders when
possible. | |
We'll be faxing or otherwise sending you a
hard copy of this newsletter and the new price
list in the next few days or so for your
files. New catalogs will ship with your
first order of the year. Until
then, you can download the pdf version from
our web site.
