ORDERING INFORMATION
Ordering from our new Apparel Annex:
If you want to order our new Fur Children® or Club Lab™ apparel, you will order directly from cafepress.com/zeppa and cafepress's terms and conditions are posted there. Zeppa Studios does not handle the fulfillment of any orders placed at the annex...we don't collect the money, we don't ship the items, etc. Cafepress.com will handle all of that, and you can feel secure ordering from there either on-line or by calling them.
To order from our on-line catalog:
Select the items you want from our on-line menus. Be sure to
include all your options, breed, trim, color, etc. All personalizing
and special requests must be in writing. There is room on the
order form for additional special instructions if it won't all
fit on the menus.
If you are sending a photo please email a high resolution digital
image to info@zeppastudios.com or snail mail a COPY (at least
4x6 inches) of your photo to P. O. Box 437, 4183 Eggleston Road, Pearisburg, VA 24134.
PHOTOS ARE NOT RETURNED. Please be sure the image is representative
of how you'd like the animal portrayed. Zeppa Studios reserves
the right to reject any photo for quality purposes and will
ask for another to be submitted. Custom work is not returnable.
Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept personal checks and money orders.
All transactions on line are processed via a Secure Server.

For Custom/Special orders, your card is charged at the time
of order processing and shipment will be from 4 to 8 weeks.
You will receive an automated e-mail response/copy of your order.
Please review it for accuracy as it is the exact same copy we
will receive to process your order. If you find any errors...just
call or e-mail the corrections.
Shipping Info:
In stock items are shipped with in 48 hours (weekdays) of receipt
of order. Most of our items, however, are made to order, and
the ship date for those items can run 4-6 weeks from receipt
of order for ceramics and about 2 weeks for other items. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact
us to confirm that it can be delivered in time.
We ship via UPS ground and charge shipping fees based on the
cost of the order per address. (see chart below) If you would
like express shipping, we will calculate the amount based on
what the shipper charges us for your shipment and let you know
the exact charges, either via e-mail or on the phone when you
order.
All on-line retail orders for delivery within the continental USA
over $200.00 get FREE ground shipping.

For shipments to the US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii, please
add $10.00 to the normal charges.
For International shipments, we will calculate the rate for
your order and advise you via e-mail or phone.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item
to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund.
We are unable to refund shipping charges on the orders. Custom
orders (multiple breeds, personalized, etc.) are not returnable.
If you receive something damaged in shipping, please follow
the instructions in the package.
Sales Tax:
Virginia Residents are charged 5% sales tax on the order
and the shipping charges. For other residents, no tax is charged.
Gift Orders:
We can provide gift cards with your message, for orders shipped
to other addresses as gifts.
